Izaya Orihara (折原 臨也 Orihara Izaya?, born 4 April 1946) is a Teikonian politician who served as the 28th Premier of Teiko from 2000 to 2010. He is the first deputy to become premier using the line of succession clause after the death of Kuroto Hourai. He is also the longest serving premier since 1986. He previously served as Minister for Budget and Finance from 1992 to 1998 under Kisuke Urahara. He was a member of the Teiko Royal Council from 1979 to 2010.
