The Alliance Public Services Agency (APSA) is one of the four major agencies of the Alliance of Independent Nations (AIN) and is responsible for ensuring safety and quality of education and health of all the AIN members. Under the agency includes two major subunits, the AINESCO which is responsible for education and scientific exchange, collaborations and programs and the AINPOL which is responsible for safeguarding public safety and international law enforcement. The Alliance Public Services Agency is headed by a the Director for Public Services. Kyouya Sata was the first director for Public Services from Federal Kingdom of Teiko.
The current Director of public services is Lelio Lagorio from Federal Republic of Siculia
The Alliance Public Services Agency was formed in February 2015 as a product of the dissolution of the former Ministry of Education, Health and Infrastructure. It acquired its current name on 29 December 2014, when the Roleplay Government Reform Act bill by then-President Zack Hart passed in Parliament., along with the Alliance Economic Agency former Ministry of Finance and Information , the Alliance Infrastructure Agency former Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture and Transport, and the Alliance Cultural Agency former Ministry of Culture, Arts and Sport.
