His Royal Highness' Croisian Government would like to establish diplomatic relations with the Atlantic Federation.

We may not have a common history or a common culture, but our two nations both work to promote the idea of egalitarian democracy throughout the world. We would be very interested in establishing high diplomatic relations with a nation so involved and influential in world affairs as Atlantic Federation, and we hope that we will have close ties in the future.

For diplomatic communications, we are interested in establishing a Croisian embassy in Liberators City, and would be very glad to host an embassy for the Atlantic Federation in Sainte-Trinité in return. In addition, we invite Veratlantian delegates to Sainte-Trinité on 14 September for discussions. If this is not possible, we can always arrange another date or send Croisian delegates to Liberators City.

Thank you very much.

That's why Americans spend hundreds of millions of dollars each year visiting Britain's palaces. ;)

The statements made by the Croisian Government are indeed true and very welcoming. Our nations should start dialogue as soon as possible, for the potential of such exchange is not to be wasted.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its team is more than pleased to have been invited to Sainte-Trinité and we shall be sending officials at the proposed date. We can ensure the Croisian officials that the embassies are also of our interest and we are to work cooperatively to see them working as soon as possible for both sides.

Thank you for your regards, interest and invitation.

Bulletin from the Public Relations Office of the Navy of the Republic of New Aquitaine

Following the agreed(²), the Atlantic Federation would like to share the following report from its fiscal officers, reviewing the Croisian ships sent willingly for review to Port Pierre-Orleans base. The results are as follows:

Veratlantean Department of the Navy
Document 3298CD 27 NOV 2013
Authorized inspection of HCRHS Lacvaulx and HCRHS Albatros

Findings on board Moqueur-class communications intelligence ship HCRHS Lacvaulx

Military Apparatus:
Lethal Weapons:
NONE
Status: Clearance, findings match statements by the Croisian Government.
Non-Lethal Weapons:
NONE
Status: Clearance, findings match statements by the Croisian Government.

Findings on board Albatros-class patrol vessel HCRHS Albatros
Lethal Weapons:
NONE
Non-Lethal Weapons:
LRAD; Long Range Acoustic Device | Non-Lethal
Status: Clearance, findings match statements by the Croisian Government.
Flare guns; | Non-Lethal
Status: Clearance, findings match statements by the Croisian Government.
Water cannons;; | Non-Lethal
Status: Clearance, findings match statements by the Croisian Government.

The Atlantic Federation thus declares the Croisian ships sent to the Black Sea incapable of infringing lethal damage, like previously stated by SC.

Such is the vulnerability of the ships, now fully exposed, the Aquitanese frigate RAS Marianne will be escorting Croisian vessels up to the nearings of Cattala's territorial waters, from which it will be turning back to the Atlantic. This is to avoid any possible attack from pirates and rogue ships knowing precious intelligence equipments and a fully functional patrol ship is sailing around unarmed.

The Croisian ships will remain docked at Port Pierre until tomorrow, GMT-3 05:00, UTC 03:00. , courteously refueled by the naval base personnel.
If we are allowed, we have a few considerations to be made;

1. We suggest Saint-Croix discards, even if just temporarily, the possibility of sending the Croisian Atlantic Fleet to the Aegean Sea, to help calm the tensions in the region.

2. We suggest the Hiigaran Confederacy allow, however, these two, unarmed ships to do the patrolling of TITAN, instead of Soviyya or Hiigara. This will guarantee no-one puts their hands in the region until Hiigara and Soviyya come to a diplomatic conclusion.

3. If either Soviyya or Hiigara continues insisting in using their own patrol ships to patrol TITAN instead of Croisian, Cattalian or anyother AIN nation of their choice, the Atlantic Federation - for instance the 2nd biggest economy in the Alliance - will be looking to put up a full economic embargo to both nations or to that insisting in patrolling the region. TITAN is disputed territory, neither Soviyya or Hiigara should patrol the area during your own negotiations. Either leave it unpatrolled or ask another navy to patrol the area.

Thank you.

Private Communique from the Embassy of Cattala in Liberator's City to the Defence Ministry of the Atlantic Federation

The Ministry of Defence will not currently facilitate the incursion of Croisian ships into the internationally recognised territorial waters of the United Kingdom of Cattala due to rising tensions within the Mediterranean-Black Sea region. We wish to inform the Aquitanese Navy that their vessels are welcome in Cattalian sovereign waters but the ongoing diplomatic conflict and increased risk of international security threats mean that HCRHS Lacvaulx and HCRHS Albatros will not be granted access. We hope that the Aquitanese Navy will take note of this and refrain from escorting the two unarmed vessels near to any Cattalian territorial boundaries.
