Myself and the people of Jarraban are deeply shocked and saddened by the events that unfolded yesterday. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims' families, the Carolinian Government, and the nation of Carolina in its entirety at this trying time. Your grief is our grief, and we are hurt by the loss of life, devastation and fear these attacks have bestowed upon you all.

We also condemn the individuals responsible for this heinous act. Those who inflict terror upon millions for no reason other than furthering political and/or religious agendas are despicable, horrifying human beings. We eagerly await these individuals being brought to justice and believe Carolina will grow stronger as a nation following this tragedy.

The Entire Government of Carolina would like to thank the nations which have expressed support for us during these tough times in our history. As a nation, we hope that we can one day be there to support you as you have supported us. We are working diligently to make sure that this situation is solved as fast as possible and that those who are responsible are held accountable. While our air space and borders have mostly opened, we have increased security everywhere, mobilizing part of our military to secure our nation, and the assets and people of other nations which may visit Carolina.
Sincerely,
The Department of Foreign Relations

Private Commune to Ambassadors to Carolina:
As a part of the Government of Carolina's $75.8 Million deal with BMW Group, all foreign ambassadors will receive their own state owned car. The best way to get around Carolina is to drive, and to save the expense of other nations from buy their ambassadors cars, we believe that giving each ambassador their own state owned car will help with the everyday events and meetings that occur. In accordance with our goal of creating a more sustainable government car fleet, all Ambassador cars will be BMW 330e automobiles. These cars are hybrids and can run a certain distance on electric power. That power should be able to get you around Savanne or other consulate cities. Once the electric power runs out the car automatically switches to gas power.
Each car will come with new government issued ambassador license plate. The new "AIN plate" will feature a new AIN design on the traditional ambassador plate.

We thank you for your time. Your cars will be delivered to your embassy or consulate once they arrive.

The Governors and State Gearkomste's of a majority of Carolinian States have advocated for the 1,630 Syrian and Iraqi Refugees that are currently living in Carolina be resettled in another location. To calm the fears of many people in Carolina who may be nervous after the multiple attacks on our homeland, and to appease the interests of said State governments, we are looking for another country to resettle all 1,630 refugees in. We would like for this resettlement to be another Alliance of Independent Nations Member state, however if no such nation wants to settle the refugees they will be deported to Canada who has agreed to take them as a last resort measure. We will take care of all the transfer costs including the a chartered aircraft. The refugees are currently living on government subsidies outlined in the 2000 National Refugee Act, allowing Carolina to let in 1000 refugees from desired countries a year into the country to be resettled across all 12 states. Therefore their removal will not be difficult. We are saddened to see such people go, but as a nation we must speak up for the majority of people and not a small minority. We will take the necessary steps to make sure they go to a country similar to Carolina in economics and lifestyle to ease the transition.
Please inform the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Dylan Passereau if your nation wishes to resettle the individuals.

We likely wont be taking any more in for a while. They were allowed to come in under Jackson Heinneman who was a progressive but now that the Federals are back into a majority in the Gearkomste and have the presidency they have already begun passing legislation to block immigration from several hot-spot countries like Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya. This means refugee settlement in Carolina has come to a halt.

The Commonwealth Realm of New Duveland would like to offer to take in all 1,630 refugees. They will be added up towards New Duveland's 20,000 annual refugee resettlement program. This new group of refugees will be processed at the Puiatahi Island Refugee Education Program, where groups will spend 3 months learning about New Duveland's culture alongside English or French language classes. After successful completion of the program, they will be relocated to housing estates evenly distributed through all provinces according to their population. Then, regular checks will take place to make sure these individuals are contributing to society, or that conditions have improved in their home country, where they can decide to be sent back or stay in New Duveland.

In wake of the recent events that have occurred in Venezuela, the Federal Republic of Carolina is condemning the acts that have occurred by the High Court of Venezuela, as an act against democracy in the Americas. We would like those in Venezuela to please rethink their actions before heading to one man rule. Weather in the meantime we will be evacuating all Carolinian citizens that currently are within Venezuela. Citizen should proceed to Caracas international airport or any other airport service by a United States or Carolinian air carrier and present their valid Carolinian passport. This will grant them free access on any US or Carolinian bound plane. We would like to thank you for your cooperation, and again would you like for those in Venezuela to rethink their actions.
