Ok I can easily spread it out more, I will enlarge the population of Kaldur, Skogur and Crom, but. The south eastern - western area is much like the western coast of Ireland or Scotland,

It has a Karst landscape and plenty of deep peat bogs,

This makes the area largely uninhabitable, and much of the area is national parks.

Many small rural towns are expanding very rapidly, with many private and government; offices, services and factories relocating or starting new businesses in rural areas, so in a few years towns like, Fionn or Turas will expand significantly.

Ah that makes sense now, I can see how the area wouldn't be any good for farming or settlements. :P

Yes, but it is becoming a major tourist attraction, with many local and international tourists coming to the many beaches and seaside hotels, this area is well known for its surfing and freshwater fishing, as much of the lakes and streams are pristine from the lack of settlement.
