How this Works:

First lot is up, asking price is LE£475 000. This is a rare find in Leeonia, and a good investment. Any question will be answered. :D

With the plans put forward by Galbourg Limited updated, 247 Samworth Street, has now been accepted by the Weymouth City Council Planning Authority and final structural inspections shall be made.

247 Samworth Street is sold to Galbourg Limited for the price of LE£475 000

These are the original plans here. The lot would of had 10 three bedroom apartments (two per floor) with a larger one as the penthouse, possibilities for 24hr lobby security and private parking with access from the street.

Considering the prior purpose in constructing the building, we wish to invest in this property and continue construction of the building. The original intention was to construct a local consulate, but it was decided that the housing should be finished to better benefit the area. Upon completion, ownership of the property will be transferred to Fordel, a rental company.

Our offer for an outright purchase of the property and the building upon it shall be 408,000 krone. ($75,000USD)
