It's dirty politics, Spy. :P Bernard isn't concerned with anyone's opinion, she's just trying to save her ass until the next elections where she can leave the office with dignity...

...unfortunately, both the left and the right are creeping up on her slowly, meaning that's probably not gonna happen.

How is this woman still in power? They mostly seem to oppose her, and yet they haven't succeeded with a no-confidence vote yet? They should exile her to the colony of Victorinica as punishment.

At the time the first no-confidence motion was proposed, she hadn't f*cked up as much yet, so there was still support for her. :P According to Croisian law, once a no-confidence motion is proposed, it cannot be done so again until at least 90 days have passed, which is why there hasn't been one since. The next no-confidence motion is the Monday after the next, and is expected to succeed. ]:)

Bernard tried to buy herself some time with this bill, but that's not gonna happen, so... she's pretty much waiting for her political death. :P

You know what? I'm starting to wonder what would Sainte-Croix be like under the Croisian left. And I do not like to imagine it. :worried:

Will we MISS Bernard?! :O

But you've already seen it. Bernard is technically centre-left, since she is a Social Democrat. :P

The PM and deputy PM proposed to replace Bernard, however, are a democratic socialist Republican and a Leninist, respectively.
