The AIN's first Cricket Championship was held in the wonderful Orange Free State!
Initially it was planned to be six, but I had to change it to eight simply to make the matches all fit. It was going to be a Super Six stage, but it would take a very long time and a Knock Out stage requires eight competitors. So it's eight, not six.
Congratulations to our semi-finalists: Obyershire, Orange Free State, Calaré and Ascadylea.
Tomorrow our semi final matches will be announced, with both matches taking place on Friday evening local time. By the end of the weekend, we will have our winners of the inaugural Alliance Cricket Championship!

Congratulations to all teams
Congratulations to the Orange Free State and Ascadylea, who will be competing in the grand final of the inaugural Alliance Cricket Championship tomorrow!
so sad yet Obyershire isn't a country anymore so it doesn't matter
Congratulations to the victors, it was a very, very close match which went down to the wire. Thank you all for participating in the Inaugural Alliance Cricket Championship, and I look forward to seeing if the reigning champions can keep their crown come summer, when the Championship moves to Cattala!
