Commercial Airports of New Duveland

Post by Charlie » October 10th 2016, 1:08 pm

Image The Commonwealth Realm of New Duveland's Aviation authority wishes to create a list of all operating flights from AIN nations that travel to New Duveland. These can be any commercial flights that reside in your home country that have one or more New Duveland destinations. Nations closer to New Duveland are reccomended to have various stops in all major cities, while nations further away are recommended to stop in one major ND airport, and transfer flights to Air New Duveland, the country's leading airline.

Major New Duveland Hubs include:

Tasbury Rererangi International (NDMT), Tasbury
La Esperancé de International (NDLE), Esperancé
Leinster Airport (NDUL), Leinster
l'aéroport international Toulon (NDHT), Toulon
Plymouth International (NDTP), Plymouth
Macquarie International Airport (NDND), Macquarie
Norfolk Pirimia International (NDTC), Cascade
La Tontouta International Airport (NDCN), Nouméa

For reference, this is the current map of Air New Duveland's international and domestic destinations and hubs. (Orange = Destinations, Red = Hubs, Blue = stop-off destinations)

As for the map of Torainn, the top dot is right on with where Nuaeire International (serving the largest city of South Belfast, as well as the regional capital Wahihape) is, as well as Coastal International (exclusive to South Belfast), if you move the middle dot exactly across to the opposite coast on the same island that's where Horohui's King Edward VII Airport is. might as well take out the dot on the bottom island, it's mostly just a big empty mountain. Just based on the info you've given this is what i've come up with but feel free to add as many flights back and forth as you'd like. Reality is we're gonna have a lot more back and forth flights, as well as probably quite a few stopovers on smaller craft into Australia, and the West Indies, such as the ERJ Series Jets, which are fairly common in the Hauara Torainn fleet, while the Canadair models are more common in the Saoair Fleet.
A quiet one...

Cheers! I'm guessing the northern islands are more populous then, so I'll add in more destinations around those areas. But yes, NDL and Torainn would be extremely close in our relations - out lil brother country alongside NZ

With that agreement of exchange of passengers between Siculia Airlines and Air New Duveland in Santiago, I thought not to enter data, but if you want I can also insert them

Yeah, because it's not a direct link, I'll put in a special mention in the wiki page, and also have a third colour for secondart connecting flights :D

I have a domestic map partially done. I'll send it later on with cities. Most of the population is around the channel between the two larger islands.

You've got Neu Westfalen right, the 6 destinations you've chosen are the main hubs for long-range international travel. The other 4 main cities are only for domestic & short-range international flights.

I had made a national airline years ago but I've been meaning to change it (because it was a lame brand). Since everyone is on an airlines binge at the moment, I'll get a new one made up tonight (hopefully).

Looks like you've chosen Kiyadal, a town of 30,000-odd people whose airport only handles domestic flights. I'd recommend Perroa instead - only current international flights from there are to Perth and Illium City, but airport upgrades due for completion in 2019 will enable it to handle increased traffic. Government are hoping it becomes a stopover destination for SE Asia-bound flights (similar to what Darwin is now).
